Europe Center

The Europe Center is located in the powerful foothills of the Alps in approx. 850m altitude. It represents the preservation of the living Diamond Way transmission lineage of Buddhism and the networking of all Diamond Way centers. The Europe Center is site of the yearly international meditation summer course with up to 4000 participants from around 50 countries. The 50 hectare property was purchased by the Foundation in 2007 by means of global donations. The buildings, listed under monument protection, were constructed in 1911 and have exceptional architectural, historical and cultural significance.
